Polymer Ohio Electric Savings Program

PCX Energy Services and PolymerOhio are pleased to announce a new value added program to help its members reduce their electric utility costs.  If you currently receive electric service from Ohio Edison, Toledo Edison, The Illuminating Company, or Duke in Ohio, you can reduce your electric generation costs by 5% to 20% by shopping for competitive electric generation rates, similar to shopping for Natural Gas.

PolymerOhio is offering this no-cost / no-obligation electric savings analysis, for its members, through its PASS program provider, PCX Energy Services LLC.  PCX Energy Services helps companies improve their profitability by identifying “real” energy savings and waste reduction opportunities associated with their facility, operation and processes.  PCX Energy Services has teamed with North Shore Energy Consulting to offer PolymerOhio members energy procurement solutions with typical savings of five (5) percent or more, as compared to utility default rates.”

North Shore Energy Consulting is based in Akron, Ohio and has 38 years of experience working in electric markets.  They are a Certified Electric Retail Service Provider by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, License # 09-167E(1).  Over the last six (6) months, North Shore Energy Consulting has helped many Ohio commercial and industrial clients procure more than 800 million kWh of electricity with savings greater than $3,600,000.

If you are interested in a no-cost / no-obligation electric savings analysis, please complete these simple steps:

  • Print and complete the attached Letter of Authorization, allowing access to your twelve (12) month electric history for each of your accounts/meters.  The letter of authorization is required by law to allow a third party to review your electric records and request pricing on your behalf.
  • Attach one (1) recent electric bill (all pages) for each account you may have.
  • Fax the Letter of Authorization and your electric bills to (888) 570-4771, or you can scan and email them to sales@northshoreenergy.com.
